St Kilda Indigenous Nursery Co-operative (SKINC) is a community run and lead nursery
that grows and sells local native plants from the sandbelt area of
Melbourne (south of the Yarra to Frankston).
We propagate a wide range of coastal, heathland, woodland and grassland species.
Most of the plants are drought tolerant and low maintenance.
SKINC offers a variety of services: environmental consulting, seed collecting, contract growing,
garden advice and landscape design, landscaping, and garden maintenance.
We also sell a wide range of drought tolerant non-local native plants many of which are fabulous
examples of Australian flora.
For a great picture gallary of plants, check out the Friends of Westgate Park website.
SKINC would like to thank the City of Port Phillip for their ongoing support and assistance.
